I am committed to ongoing personal development, with a keen interest in working with trauma, neurobiology and polyvagal theory. I work with clients who have anxiety and a whole range of debilitating symptoms resulting from trauma. Our aim is to live comfortably within our bodies – and for our nervous system to be regulated so we can thrive.
